Bare Root Trees:
- Shipping priced by the order, will vary with height and quantity.
- Boxed and shipped by UPS or truck freight, whichever is more economical.
- Roots are dipped in a water retaining gel and wrapped in plastic.
- Newly arrived trees should be unboxed and stood up in a cool area, avoid extreme heat or cold. Do not remove the trees from the plastic until planting time, keep roots moist.
- Time your shipment so the trees can be planted within a day or two of arrival.
Ball and Burlap Trees:
- Shipping is priced by the order and will vary with size and quantity.
- All B&B trees are shipped on flatbed trailers, either gooseneck or semi-truck
- Trees are harvested upon order and staged for shipping.
- The tops are tied to minimize breakage and maximize space, be sure to remove all string upon planting.
- The entire trailer is covered with a tree tarp, upon delivery help the driver remove the tarp from the side and fold it up.
- All B&B trees will need to be handled with equipment, hook the nylon strapping with a tooth bucket or chain. Have a helper guide the tree to avoid scarring the trunk or breaking branches. Do not stand under a tree that is suspended by the strapping as breakage can occur.
- After unloading is completed, move the trees to the planting locations and untie the tops.
- Time your shipment so the trees can be planted within a day or two of arrival.

- No guarantee, express or implied, except that trees are true to name. Trees are harvested and shipped in excellent viable condition. Proper site selection, handling, planting and cultivation are the buyers responsibility and beyond our control.
